Tennis in the Parks for Youth grades 1-8 - The tennis program where kids play where they learn!
Led by a USTA-approved coach, the Tennis in the Parks program will focus on developing the skills to serve, rally and play - so it’s perfect for beginners and first-time players. We focus on FUN and learning the basics through play. This program uses modified tennis balls, age-appropriate rackets and the latest engaging activities that help players successfully learn and play the game quicker.
All players in their first session receive and keep a new age-appropriate racquet and ball!
Dates: Sunday' s, May 18 - June 22nd (No Class 5/25 Memorial Day Weekend)

Times: Grades 1-2 (Red Ball): 9:00 - 10:15am
Grades 3-5 (Orange Ball): 10:15 - 11:30am
Grades 6-8 (Green Ball): 11:30am - 12:45pm
Location: Windham High School Tennis Courts (behind the school) - 406 Gray Road, Windham, ME
Fee: $75 per person (includes a racket)
Registration: March 3 - May 14
Tennis in the Parks for Adults ages 18+ - Learn and Play Tennis!
Led by a USTA Approved Coach, participants will have fun and get great exercise while developing the skills to serve, rally, and play tennis. The program is perfect for first-time and beginner players, as well as returning novice players.
Please bring a tennis racquet. If you need a racquet to use, the coach will have a few loaner rackets available to borrow during the class.
Dates: Saturdays May 3 - June 14 (No Class 5/24 Memorial Day Weekend)

Times: 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Fee: $85 per person
Registration: February 28th - April 30th
If space allows, a late fee will be applied if registering after the registration deadline.
