| Reservation Information |
- Must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation at the community park.
- Skatepark reservations are not available.
- Reservation requests may be requested online or a printable Community Park Reservation Request Application & Contract is available.
- Reservations will be included on the community calendar.
- Making a reservation request does not guarentee a reservation until approved by Windham Parks & Recreation, received confirmation/permit e-mail and the reservation fee has been paid.
- Reservation User Types:
- Private Users
- Payment required after reservation request is approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Can only reserve one court (Volleyball or Basketball/Pickleball) at a time.
- Public Users (Windham organizations, recreation groups, etc.)
- May be invoiced after reservation if desired.
- May be required to provide proof.
- Reservation Fees
- Pavilion Rental: $20/hour resident, $30/hour non-resident
- Court Rental: $10/hour resident, $15/hour non-resident ($5/$10 with pavilion rental)
- Equipment rental: $15/day (see below)
- Equipment Rentals
- Must be at least 18 years to rent equipment for reservations.
- Basketballs, volleyballs and pickleball equipment is available for reservations for an additional $15 fee.
- Equipment must be picked up at the Parks & Recreation office prior to reservation during regular business hours and returned to the office in a timely manner.
- Renters are responsible for all equipment and will be charged an additional fee for any lost, broken, or damaged equipment.
