Alyssa Stanley has been dancing since the young age of three years old. Alyssa fell in love with dance in northern Maine and began her training at Studio One Dance; ballet, tap, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and so much more! She continued to grow in her love for dance and danced for Robinson Ballet Company and eventually started instructing at her home studio as well as Houlton School Of Dance. Through dance, Alyssa found her true self performing and took the stage by storm; singing, dancing, and acting in many different shows over the years. Alyssa believes that the arts are able to open children's minds to think outside of the box and find their unique strengths in a way that is expressive and enjoyable. Alyssa accepted her position at Dance Studio of Maine in 2023 and couldn't be happier. Here she teaches people of all ages many different variations of dance, her passion. She is excited to bring dance outside of the studio setting and into our community and share with your students!
Grades: 1 - 4
Dates: Mondays, July 1, 8, 22 & August 5 (4 classes)
Times: 10:00 - 11:00am
Location: Windham Middle School Music Room
Fee: $40
Registration closes Friday, June 21. If space allows, a late fee will be applied if registering after the registration deadline.
Additional Information
- Registration will open Monday, April 22.
- Non-campers must provide their own transportation for enrichment program and must sign in and out with a Parks & Recreation staff member.
- A detailed informational email will be sent to parents before the enrichment program begins. Your email must be on your account and opted into email notifications to receive the email.
- If the program must be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances, you will be notified via email before the class begins.
- If your child is absent from a session, please notify the camp directly by calling (207)572-0045.
- If your child can no longer attend the program and you need to cancel, please contact the Parks & Recreation office so we can accommodate anyone who might be on the waiting list.
