Safari Series
Venture across the globe on an exhilaration safari adventure and delve into the fascination realm of diverse animal species. Learn about their habitats, diets, and unique adaptations that make them extraordinary creatures. 
Grades: K-3
Dates: Wednesday's, September 11 – October 16, 2024 
Time: 1:15PM-2:15PM
Location: Windham Primary School Art Room
Fee: $125 (6 classes)
Registration: August 12th, 2024 - September 9th, 2024

If space allows, a late fee will be applied if registering after the registration deadline.


Power of Light Series 
Shed light on the captivation science behind light itself. Investigate how light behaves, transforms, and creates enchanting rainbows. Additionally, delve into the phenomenon of photosynthesis and the remarkable ability of plants to harness the energy of the sun.
Grades: K-3
Dates: Wednesdays October 23 – December 4, 2024 (No class 11/27)
Time: 1:15PM-2:15PM
Location: Windham Primary School Art Room
Fee: $125 (6 classes)
Registration: August 12th, 2024 -October 21st, 2024

Additional Program Information
  • Informational email will be sent to parents before each program session begins. Your email must be on your account and opted into email notifications to receive the information email.
  • Please be aware of any exclusion date(s) the program may have.
  • Please send a note or email to your child’s teacher giving them permission to participate in the program.
  • Children will be dismissed directly from their classrooms to the Art Room at the end of the school day.
  • The program ends at 2:15pm each week. Plan to come to the art room to pick up your child and sign them out with the instructor.
  • Primary School and SACC staff will receive the roster for each session so they are aware of the change in dismissal for each child.
  • If a class must be canceled due to inclement weather or other circumstances, you will be notified via email before the class begins.
  • If your child is absent from a class, please notify the Parks & Recreation office by phone or email.
  • If your child can no longer attend the program and you need to cancel, please contact the Parks & Recreation office so we can accommodate anyone who might be on the waiting list.
