Back by popular demand, join Windham Parks & Recreation for a five-week ski program at Pleasant Mountain, formally known as Shawnee Peak, on Fridays after school! Students will be dismissed from school, transported to Pleasant Mountain for an evening of skiing and transported back to the Windham school campus at the end of the program.
Grades: 6-8
Dates: NEW PROGRAM DATES January 19th-February 23th (1/26/24 cancelled due to weather)
Time: 2:00 - 9:00pm
Fee: There are multiple fee options including lift tickets, lessons, and ski rental packages. Full payment is due at registration or the spot will not be saved.
Transportation: Pick up and drop off at Windham Middle School. A minimum number of 20 participants is required for transportation and for the program to run.
Meals: Bring your own food and snacks or money to purchase food at the mountain.
Waiver: Online Pleasant Mountain waiver is required to participate in this program - paper waivers will not be accepted
Additional Form: Multi-Week Registration Form is an additional form required to participate in this program (includes Skier responsibility & rules)
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that season pass holders must still purchase lift tickets to be included in this event due to the 20 participant minimum that does not include those who have season passes. The pricing of "transportation and lift ticket" includes participants lift ticket, transportation, and Windham chaperone's on Pleasant Mountain.
