This is one of our more popular programs. The Green Ladle is the culinary arts program at Lewiston Regional Technical Center. The students come from six area high schools which include Lisbon, Edward Little, Oak Hill, Poland, Leavitt, and Lewiston High Schools. The 4-course meal this class prepares is to die for.
