We will visit Aroostook County, affectionately known as “The County,” sits atop the rest of the state like a majestic crown. Its vastness is awe-inspiring. Imagine rolling landscapes, where forests and farmland collide, creating a patchwork of vistas that spill over into neighboring New Brunswick, Canada. The air here is crisp, infused with the scent of pine and spruce.
