Established by the Windham Town Council October 2019 - New members interviewed and selected by Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee in December, 2019
Purpose:
The purpose of this committee is to complete the pre-development phase toward achieving a community center for Windham.

Updates: Committee began meeting in January, 2020
* Focus on identifying other potential parcels while still evaluating suitability of Morrell Property
* Held joint meeting on March 12, 2020 with Barry Tibbetts, Chris Howell, members of town council and school board to discuss potential for acquiring middle school
* Process halted due to COVID19; Meetings resumed in September, 2020

First Community Center Ad Hoc Committee

Purpose:
The Windham Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee selected an Ad Hoc Committee of members with varied qualifications and interests, to complete the preliminary planning phase of the development of a community center for the town of Windham, and formulate a vision for this center. This document serves as the result of this committee’s findings and recommendations.
